He was predeceased by: his father David Conrad. He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Rizzi; his mother Marsha Conrad; his brother Tyler Conrad of Copenhagen Denmark; his sibling-in-law Meg; his nieces and nephews, Knox and Vada; his half-siblings, Brian Conrad and Aimee Lynch (Sean); his aunt Susan Prigmore of Chattanooga; and his cousins, David and Bonita Prigmore of Powder Springs. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers we ask the donation in honor of Tanner be to Ascend Church or Ark Family Church.
