She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert J. Smith Jr.; her parents, James Connolly and Marybelle Connolly; and her brother James Connolly. She is survived by: her children, Kerry Joseph Smith (Jennifer), Lisa Smith Regan (Tom) and Brian Smith (Bonnie); her grandchildren, Molly Smith O'Neill (Dan), Sean Regan, Dylan Regan, Kate Regan and Nicholas Smith; and her great grandchildren, Patrick and Allison O'Neill.
