He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Stargel, Sr. and Martha Cooper. He is survived by: his parents, Bob Stargel and Jocelyn Stargel; his sister Chloe Engler; his brother-in-law Micah Engler; his nieces and nephews, Mila Engler and Jesse Engler; and his grandparents, Barbara Stargel and Glennon Cooper. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers and dear friends.

After the service, family and friends are invited to celebrate Sean's life and honor his contributions to the world in the amphitheater at Newtown Park (3150 Old Alabama Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30022) at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "Sean R.G. Stargel '07 Memorial Scholarship" at Marist School.
