He is survived by: his parents, Peggy Ann Johnson-Toms and Ronald Toms Sr. (Mary Toms); his wife Debra Toms; his siblings, Marcia Toms and Jason Singleton; his daughters, Jaryn Toms and Jiah-Rebekah Israel (Peniel-Melech Israel); his stepdaughters, Jacquara Harris and D'Asia Baldwin (Daniel Baldwin); his grandchildren, Leeor, Shema, Bat, Kaidence and Kaleb; his cousin William Victor Toms Jr.; and his niece Aerin Pruitt. He is also survived by his family, friends, and co-workers.
