He is survived by: his siblings, Gene, Jerry Carter and Annette Ness; his children, Patti Dooley (Matthew) of Woodstock, Robert Carter and Matthew Carter (Deanna) of Jasper; and his grandchildren, Aaron Carter (Claire), Jordan Carter, Harrison Dooley, Victoria Dooley, Levi Carter, Emma Carter, Caroline Meder (Joey), Christian Carter, Aidan Carter and Isaac Carter.
