He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Plachta and Betty Plachta; his siblings, Pam (Vickner) and Kevin; his significant other Mary Ann; and his children, Matt, Beth and Michael. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
