She is survived by: her children, Nicola Hyser (Craig), Kimberly Calandriello, Michael Kelley and Elizabeth Puckett-Kelley (LeAnn); her stepson Walker Holder (Kathy); her grandchildren, Leigh, Katherine, Amber, George, Christina and Bridget; her great grandchildren, Kaelin, Zachary, Cameron, Lennox, Alexandra, Mason, Will and Hudson; her husband Maxwell Holder; and her siblings, Virginia and Richard.
