He is survived by: his daughter Philadelphia; his wife Linda Knight; his sister Sherill Shreefer; his daughters, Christin Ellingsworth (John) of Portland and Suzanne Werner (Jonathan) of Milton, Georgia.; and his grandchildren, Madison, Georgia Ellingsworth, Hannah, Henry and Lorelei Werner.
