She is survived by: her siblings, Myrthis Faye Hollingsworth-Lemon, Kenneth Hollingsworth, Katurla Hollingsworth-McLendon, Randolph Hollingsworth, Soswilla Dixon-Ray and Steve Ray; her children, Walter Joseph Armstrong Jr., Grace Armstrong and Alexander Armstrong; her mother Ruth Ray Stafford; her siblings, Wanda Hollingsworth-Williams, Rudolph Hollingsworth, Norris Hollingsworth, Truemilla Ray-Johnson, Alvada Ray-Jones and Darrell Ray; and her children, Eugene Hollingsworth, Yen-Eel Hollingsworth, Allison Armstrong-Howell, Rachel Armstrong-Smith, Lakesha Armstrong, Laura Armstrong and Dewey Armstrong. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
