She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Elkins of Alpharetta, GA.; and her parents, Mabel Burke Baldwin and Herbert Royal "Roy" Baldwin. She is survived by: her children, Becky Elkins Berry, Suzy Elkins Crowe, Jeannie Elkins (Miller), Ownby (David Ownby), Randy Elkins, Jody Elkins Shafer and Andrew Elkins (Kristi Holland Elkins); and her grandchildren, Jere Miller, Sam Crowe, Kennedy Berry, Zane Shafer, Zoë Shafer, Liz Shafer, Pearce Elkins and Claire Elkins.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Northside Chapel Funeral Home (12050 Crabapple Rd, Roswell, GA 30075). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
