It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Mae Joiner of Roswell, Georgia, born in Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Cecil Forrest Thomas and Lillie Mae Turner Thomas; and her siblings, Mary Carter and James Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Wilbur Dorsey Joiner Jr. (Dub) of Roswell, GA.; her sons, Rev. Wilbur David Joiner (Joy) of Monroe, NC and Donald Jackson Joiner (Caroline) of Roswell, GA; her grandchildren, Kerianne Joiner, Miller Joiner and Walker Joiner; and her siblings, Lillie Ruth Gaulding of Conyers, GA., Anne Strickland of Oceanway, FL., Forrest Thomas Jr. of Nahunta, GA., Hymerick Thomas of Nahunta, GA. and Dr. George Thomas (Glenda) of Waycross, GA..
