Maria Elisabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Eckert and Rosa van Eckert; and her brothers, Rudi (Elvira), Oskar (Olga), Simon and Bruno (Elisa).
She is survived by: her children, Bill Laschet (Ramona), Monika Hoglund (Bert), Matt Laschet and Liz Brogan (John); her grandchildren, Alyssa, Megan, Kaitlyn, Christine, Nick, Alex, Taylor, Kayli and Steffan; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Jaxson, Lukas, Joe, Eugene and Mason. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and her special friends.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Catholic Church of St. Ann, 4905 Roswell Road, Marietta, GA to celebrate Maria's life and to honor her contributions to our world. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Catholic Church of St. Ann in memory of Maria Laschet at https://www.st-ann.org.
