He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wilson and Beatrice Wilson; his grandson Wayne Michael Hamilton, Jr.; his son-in-law Timothy Potts; and his nephew Danny Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Wilson; his children, Robin Potts and Steven Wilson; his daughter-in-law Nicole Wilson; his granddaughter Laura; his great grandchildren, Logan and Cove; and his brothers, Ernest and Paul.
