He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Howley Jr. and Florence Howley; his wife Frances "Cessie" Howley; and his brother Stepehn Howley. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Cancel, Maureen Lowenthal, Colleen Howley, Michael Howley and William Bifulco; his grandchildren, Kevin Howley, Kelsey Lowenthal, Brett Lowenthal, Anthony Planner, Tyler Lowenthal, Riley Frances and Keira Elizabeth; and his brother Dennis Howley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
