It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iris Faye Smith (Roswell, Georgia), born in Currie, North Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Loyd Smith; her children, Russell Smith and Cathy Tanner; and her brothers, Ray and Gene.

She is survived by: her son Kyle Smith; her daughter-in-law Carrie Smith; her grandchildren, Virginia, Everett of Roswell and Ashleigh Tanner of Lawrenceville; and also Joyce Eck of Woodstock.
