He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh C. Barron, Sr. and Margaret Flanders Barron; and his siblings, Maggie Haltom and Bill Barron. He is survived by: his wife Trudie Wortham Barron; his children, Eva Zautra, Julie Littlejohn (Michael), Renee Barron, Greg Barron (Lisa), Rachael McCann (Michael) and Catherine Anderson; and his brother Don Barron. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
