It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Lawrence Hunnicutt of Roswell, Georgia, born in Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldren Renee and Albert Gottrell Hunnicutt; his wife Marcia; and his brothers, Jan and Don Hunnicutt.

He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Hunnicutt of Marietta, GA and Lynda Hunnicutt of Woodstock, GA; his brother Ray; his sister-in-law Kay Hunnicutt; his sister Sylvia; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Rose and Theresa Hunnicutt of Athens, GA. He is also survived by his family and friends.
