She is survived by: her mother Carol Montgomery of Woodstock, GA; her husband Sam Boley; her sons, Dillon, Chase and Declan Cooley; her stepdaughter Hayleigh Boley of Richmond, KY; her sister Echo; her brother-in-law Kevin Garrett of Marietta, GA; her nephews, Caleb Garrett of Missoula, MT and Connor Garrett (Kristel); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gracy and Matheo of Marietta, GA; her nephew Reed Hollis of Fresno, CA; her brother Lee; her nephew Beau Montgomery of Winkfield, England; her sister-in-law Gerilyn; her half-brother John Bates of Lehigh Acres, FL.; her mother-in-law Barbara Cooley; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Hollis of Dahlonega, GA, Toni and Aaron Hollis of South Daytona, FL.
