He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Victor Horn and Lillian Barbelle Hisrich; and his wife Jewel. He is survived by: his sons, Dan and Paul; his daughters-in-law, Cynthia and Theresa; and his grandchildren, Ariel and Olivia.
