She was predeceased by : her parents, Hoyt Cagle and Mary Lou Cagle; her husband Jasper Kirk; and her sister Mary Jane Smith. She is survived by : her children, Ginger Kirk, Cheryl Kirk and Andrea Perry; her grandson William Perry; her friend Jaycettes; her brother Walter (Patti Cagle); and her sister-in-law Sandra Davis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Roswell Funeral Home (950 Mansell Rd, Roswell, GA 30076).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's in memory of Betty C Kirk.
