She was predeceased by: her parent Pearl. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy; her brother Michael Nicholas; her niece Tatiana Nicholas; her aunts, Hariette Smith Hinds (Richard Henry), Lexis Henry, Courtney Henry (Dave Smith), Garcia Smith, Giselle Smith and Margo Ware; her godchildren, Carlo Laurore, Jessika Sargent and Joshua Laurore; and her family, Lorna Anderson, Mya Pia Gero, Janice Laurore, Kym Gero-Burris, Robin Brown and Mellissa Hudson. She is also survived by extended family, including cousins, her dearest friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roswell Funeral Home (950 Mansell Rd, Roswell, GA 30076). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Alzheimers Association in memory of Ann Marie Smith.
