She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Belle Wilson Hamilton and John Robert Hamilton; and her siblings, Lucille Ridley and James Hamilton. She is survived by: her children, Nickie Ray Prescott and Kim Dean (Allen); her grandchildren, Loren Fryar (Dustin), Warren Dean (Amber), Kayla Prescott, Lexi Sneed (Logan) and Christian Prescott; her great grandchildren, Emma Fryar, Cole Fryar, Carter Dean and Grayson Prescott; and her siblings, Christine Clark, Robert Hamiton, Catherine Goodman and Alyene Magill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home and Crematory-South Crest (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
