He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Ann Gray. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Godin (Mark), Sherrie Gray and William F. Gray, IV (Susan); and his brother Kenneth Gray (Barbara). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
