He is survived by: his wife Pat Evans; his children, Penny Cronnon (Donnie), Vicky Evans, Jacky "Girl" Evans (Jackie), William Evans and David Evans (Kristy); and his sisters, Nobe Ann Loveless, Brenda Lee Hill (Larry) and Sherry Pritchett Kilgore (Terry). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Ft. Oglethorpe Chapel (555 W Cloud Springs Rd, Rossville, GA 30742). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home (555 W Cloud Springs Rd, Rossville, GA 30742). A burial was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at the Lakewood Memory Gardens South (325 Greens Lake Rd, Rossville, GA 30741).
