He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wiley O. Woods, Sr. and Mattie Whitehead Woods; his grandchildren, Zack Woods of Chattanooga and Liz Woods of Chattanooga; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Jaiden and Korvin.
