In the sacred silence of farewell, Wayne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Wayne's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Abraham and Mary Alice Bain Lowry; and his wife Janet Hawkins Lowry. He is survived by: his children, Lori Allison, Emily Kay and Clift Crysel (Teri); his brother Larry Lowry (Susan); his grandchildren, Logan Lowry (Casaundra), Caiden and Parker Crysel; and his nephew Justin Lowry (Charlie).

Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
