She was predeceased by: her husband Willis Head; her parents, Sam Swafford and Ollie "Walls" Swafford; and her siblings, Deanna Pritchett, Evelyn Swafford, Samuel, Paul, John and Leonard Swafford.
She is survived by: her sons, Travis Head (Amy) and Dale Head (Angie); her siblings, Eva Clark, Janice Gaddis and Charles Swafford; her grandchildren, Allison, Ashton, Evan and Rebecca Head; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy Head, Grayson Gaston and Bristol Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
