She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Vaughn and Rosa Vaughn; her former husband Joseph McGill; her husband William Porter; her siblings, Lester Vaughn, David Lamar Vaughn and Lucille Smith; and her son Marshall McGill.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth McGill (Joie) of Lafayette, GA; and her siblings, Ricky Vaughn of Jasper, GA, Marion Vaughn Smith of Rossville, GA, June Vaughn Ellis of Chickamauga, GA and Shirlene Vaughn Bottke of Ooltewah, TN. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
