He is survived by: his wife Karen Case; his children, Jeremy Shaw and Jennifer Shaw; his brothers, Bill Case, Jr. (Brenda) and Terry Case (Tracy); his grandchildren, Brenna Shaw, Trinity Higgins, Kelvin Ellis, Maddie Shaw, Caiden Shaw and Kelsey Shaw; his great grandchildren, Lilith Higgins and Zander Shaw; his nephews, Jimmy Case (Lauren) and Johnny Case (Lindy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ellie, Caroline, Sterling and Emerson Case.
