She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Carolyn Smith; and her sister Tonya Vandergriff. She is survived by: her husband Steve Carter; her children, Billy Carter (Brittany) and Amanda Paris (Josh); her grandchildren, Landon Willbanks, Camdyn Carter, Abby St. Pierre, Chloe Carter and Cru Carter; her brother Pally Smith (Jennifer); and her pet Ellie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
