He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Royce Campbell, Sr. and Ether Olene Duran Campbell; his brother Manuel Royce "Butch" Campbell, Jr.; and his stepson Donavan Strickland. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Lamar Campbell, Jr. of Chattanooga, TN and Christopher John Campbell of Tampa, FL; and his sister Kathy Clark (Jimmy) of Rising Fawn, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
