He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Harp and Etha Wallace Harp. He is survived by: his son Russell Stephen Harp (Debbie); his brother Jack Harp; his grandson Stephen Harp; and his cousin Doug Scealf. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
