He was predeceased by: his father David Qualls; and his siblings, Byron, Kenny, Brian Qualls and Tina Wills.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Qualls; his children, Randy Qualls, Tyler Morgan, Sheena Cooper (Justin) and Brittany Selvidge (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Kayleigh Howard, Kendra Rodriguez, Khloe Cooper, Maelynn Qualls, Kolton Wiley, Cooper Selvidge and Madison Selvidge; his great grandchild Lucas Carroll; his brother Gary Qualls (Deb); and his pets, Bella and Hoss. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and Cousins.
