He was predeceased by: his father Jayvant Parekh. He is survived by: his wife Darshna Parekh; his children, Anuj Parekh and Geet Kher (Prashant); his mother Urmila Parekh; his brother Prashant Parekh (Meenu); and his grandchildren, Kush and Kiaan Kher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
