She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Trotter and Morris Lee Overby; her husband Virgil Baxter Kelley; and her daughter Cathie Lee Kelley. She is survived by: her children, Steve Kelley (Juanita), Dean Kelley, Sandra Kelley and Robin Higgins; her grandchildren, Michael Kelley (Niki), Daniel Higgins (Debra) and Amanda Smith (Dru); her great grandchildren, Sydney, Van and Eli Smith; and her sister Joyce Sliger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
