She was predeceased by: her husband Claude A. Bailey; her parents, James Thomas Dixson and Nonia Denney Dixson; her son Claude Bailey Jr.; and her former husband Junior Moore.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven B. Bailey and Allen B. Bailey (Karen); her siblings, Lavada Dean, Jimmy Dale Dixson and Barbara Tinsley; her grandchildren, Brian Bailey (Shanna), Eric, Jeanetta Bailey, Shannon Derryberry (Jerry) and Angie (Bailey); and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home and Crematory-South Crest (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Lakewood South Memory Gardens (325 Greens Lake Rd, Rossville, GA 30741).
