She is survived by: her wife Melanie Maynor; her children, LeAnn Baldwin (Sean), Madison Bales (Nick Kagle), Brady Bales and Conner Bales (Emily); her friend Monte Bales (Beth); and her siblings, Jack Bennett (Jan), Tina Hales and Jim McMillan (Melanie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
