He is survived by: his wife Teresa Howard; his son Mickey Howard; and his siblings, Larry Howard (Joyce), Jane Groce, Doris Everett (Jake), Rita Bean (Wayne), Ed Jolly and Guy Jolly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
