She was predeceased by : her husband Jimmie M. Stevens; her son Earl Shepherd; her parents, Thomas Jones and Nannie Jones; and her sisters, Martha Russell, Norma Woody and Mary James (Robert).
She is survived by : her children, Gail Lewis (Randy) of Rossville, Ricky Shepherd of Ringgold, Pam Mitchell (Mark) of Ringgold and Ray Shepherd (Dawn) of Rossville; her stepchildren, Jimmy Stevens, Sharon Watson, Chris Stevens (Mel) and Marshal Stevens (Jennifer); her siblings, Tommie Mozingo, Sheila Lerch (Ken), Bill Jones (Peggy), Guy Jones (Debbie) and Wayne Jones (Jernen); and her brother-in-law Charles Woody. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to All for Christ Sunday School Class or Westside Baptist Church at 3399 Lakeview Drive Rossville, Georgia 30741.
