She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. L. W. Carter and Dawn Carter; her husband Aubrey Ray "Dick" Stoner; her son Michael Shane Stoner; and her brother Clarence Carter, Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Audrey Murray (Joe) of Lookout Mountain, GA, Betty Chastain of Chickamauga, Phyllis Stoner of Rossville and Tom Stoner (Andrea) of Rossville. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Payne's Chapel United Methodist Church (1130 GA-157, Lookout Mountain, GA 30750). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025.
