He was predeceased by: his son Keith Revels. He is survived by: his wife Mary Cantrell Revels; his children, Fawn Melissa Revels, Lee Allen Revels and Chris Revels (Catherine); his stepchildren, Melanie L. Acree (Scottie Hightower), Amy M. Adams (Ruble Conaster) and Haley M. Hendericks (Charles); his grandchildren, Julia Sannes, Meggan Acree, Tyler Adams, Jace Acree, Zackary Adams and Charley Hendericks; and his great grandchild Layla Jane Cornwall. He is also survived by three brothers and one sister.
