He is survived by: his children, Rachel Shannon (Jeff), Stacy Long (Chris), James Skipper Altman (Heather), Leroy Altman IV, Emilie Gill (Jason) and Julie Altman (Vince); and his siblings, Jeanmarie Long, Bill Altman and Penny Strickland. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
