Joyce Robbs Sloan Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Robbs Sloan of Rossville, Georgia, who passed away on June 13, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Robbs and Vera Robbs; her husband James Charlton Sloan, Sr.; and her siblings, Jack Robbs (Sophie), Eugene Robbs (Eileen), William Robbs (Harvey), Lee Robbs, Ronnie Robbs (Rhoda), Christine Hedrick and Lonita Wood (E. K.).

She is survived by: her sons, James C. Sloan Jr. (Melissa), Kenny Sloan, Keith Sloan East Ridge (Karen) and Terry Sloan Ooltewah (Diane); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Ryan and Hayden; her great-grandparent Renee; her grandparents, Kyle and Rachel Sloan; her great grandchildren, Sara Sloan, Sammie Sloan and Kyla Sloan; her stepgranddaughter Lynde Thompson (Russell); and her stepgreat-granddaughters, Masen, Rowan and Parker Thompson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
