He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradis Cagle and Ruth Cagle; his sons, Tim and Monty Cagle; and his siblings, Verdie Melford, Ester Maxwell and Cecil Cagle.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Cagle (Shannon Brown); his brother Junior Cagle (Emma); and his friend Sue Long. He is also survived by four grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 21 great great grandchildren.
