He was predeceased by: his father Charles; his brothers, Jim Summey and Larry Summey; and his former wife Darlene Summey. He is survived by: his wife Betty Summey; his sons, Kenny Summey (Tammy), Doug Cleaver (Angelica) and Marshall Cleaver; and his siblings, Ted Summey (Ann), Tim Summey, Elaine Cope (Roy) and Faye Combs. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends.
