He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis Cochran, Sr. and Allie Mae Bramlett Cochran; his sisters, Phebia Sue Gravitt Stalvey and Bonnie Faye Cochran Cross; and his niece Sherry Darlene Cross.
He is survived by: his siblings, William Gerald Cochran (Doris) and Linda Marlene Cochran Smith (James); his nieces, Carla Stalvey, Karen Clark, Patricia Cochran and Angie Chandler (Mike); and his nephew Mike Bramlett (Kim). He is also survived by great- great nieces and nephews; numerous cousins and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home and Crematory-South Crest (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Lee Chapel Cemetery.
