He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Mullins and Jewell Mullins; his brother Donald Mullins; and his grandson Garrett Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Faye Tankersley Mullins; his children, Jackie Miles Mullins, Jr. (Shelley R. Mullins) and Sharon Mullins; his grandchildren, Justin Parker (Heather), Lydia Mullins Brooks (Matthew), Tyler Parker (Makayla) and Jerod Mullins; his great grandchildren, Lilly Hawkins, Atticus Parker, Landon Parker, Waylon Parker, Mahayla Brooks, Mabry Brooks and Garrett Brooks; and his close friend John Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
