He is survived by: his wife Kelly Ann Worthington Smith; his sons, Thomas Gregory LevinSmith (Amy Jo) and Brandon Worthington Smith; his granddaughter Amelia Claire LevinSmith; his father Gene Smith (Gene); his brother Doug Smith (Debra); and his goddaughter Claire Garner Morales. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home and Crematory-South Crest (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Dailey Hills Cemetery.
