She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Burg and Elizabeth Burg; her husband Thomas M. Qualls, Sr.; and her siblings, Margaret Burg and Theo Burg.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Qualls (Kim), Missy Birkhead (Tony) and Mitch Qualls; and her grandchildren, Jesse Jacobson, Thomas Birkhead, Madison Qualls and Regan Birkhead. She is also survived by eight Great Grandchildren, and several other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bible Way Baptist Church in memory of Gisela Anna Qualls.
