He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Phillips; his parents, Robert Phillips and Alma Phillips; and his siblings, Doris Wingo, Erleen Sargent, Rebecca Smith, Margie Phillips Shankles and Milford Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Lebron Phillips (Linda) and Phyllis Wright; his grandchildren, Crystal Avakian (John), Nicholas Phillips (Emily) and Dustin Johnson (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Avery Avakian, Cameron Phillips, Draven Lowman and Axton Johnson; and his siblings, Oma Joiner, Melvin Phillips, Eugene Phillips and Glen Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
